Here are the veteran runners at yet another area race! Chip, Jack and Ruth helped kick off Manitou Days at White Bear Lake by running the 5K just before the kickoff parade. It was hot (by Minnesota standards... as in, not really), and humid - but we all finished in under 30 minutes.
